Hamish went 1/WD/BW at the Donner Trail Kennel Club show in Roseville, CA. on 10/08/2006 for his first points, a 3 point major, under Judge Robert J. Wire. He was, as always, expertly handled by Carlos Carrizo.

Hamish went 1/WD/BW/BB from the classes over top ranked specials at the Two Cities Kennel Club show in Yuba City, CA. on 10/15/2006 for his second 3 point major in just two weekends under Judge John F. Remondi. Hamish was handled beautifully once again by Carlos Carrizo.

The final weekend of November 2006 Hamish went on the *Turkey Circuit* and came home with three more wins! On 11/24/2006 in Turlock, CA at the Golden Valley Kennel Club show under Judge M. Rosalie Anderson he went 1/WD/BW for 2 points and on 11/25/2006 also in Turlock, CA. at the Golden Valley Kennel Club show under Judge Judith A. Goodin he was again 1/WD for another 2 points. On 11/26/2006 in Stockton, CA at the San Joaquin Kennel Club show under Judge Carol Tobin Murray he was once more 1/WD/BW for 2 points bringing his weekend total to 6 points in all giving him 12 points with both majors in less than two months! Hamish & his fantastic handler Carlos Carrizo are quite a team! Thank you Carlos & all the judges who have given my boy these wonderful wins!

On 02/18/2007, at the Santa Clara Valley Kennel Club show in San Jose, CA Hamish went 1/WD/BW for 1 point under Judge Richard L. Byrd giving him a total of 13 points with both majors. Thanks once again goes to Hamish's wonderful handler Carlos Carrizo. Only 2 more points to go!

We are closing in on Hamish first title. On 04/06/2007, at the Yosemite Kennel Club show in Merced, CA Hamish again went 1/WD/BW for 1 point under Judge M. Rosalie Anderson giving him a total of 14 points with both majors. As always Hamish was expertly handled by his best friend Carlos Carrizo.

WE DID IT!
On 04/09/2007, at the Sierra-Tuolumne Kennel Club show in Merced, CA Hamish became CH Upland Monarch of the Glen by once again going 1/WD/BW for his final 1 point under Judge Lowell K. Davis. As always Hamish was piloted to his final win by our fabulous handler Carlos Carrizo.

A very special thank you not only to Carlos but also to Hamish's breeder, Wanda Guitar, for helping me realize a life long dream of owning a champion show dog. We couldn't have done it without you! Thanks also to all the judges who thought Hamish was worthy of the title of Champion !

On 08/30/2008 and 08/31/2008 Hamish completed the requirements for his United Kennel Club Champion, U-CH, title at the Northern California American Pit Bull Terrier Club shows held in Rancho Cordova, CA. He was BOB at all four shows, under four different judges, and had three Gundog Group placements for 100 points with 3 competitive wins. Hamish was shown by his owner, Anna Harlow, for these wins.

Hamish now has an AKC Rally Novice title. He received his first Rally Novice leg at the Gold Country English Setter Fanciers' Specialty held on 05/09/2008 in Woodland, CA. with a second place finish in his class and completed the requirements for his RN title on 11/02/2008 at the one day back to back Vallejo Dog Training Club Obedience and Rally Trials held in Vallejo, CA. Hamish was handled by his owner, Anna Harlow, for all legs of this title.

On Sunday, 08/16/2009, Hamish sucessfully completed the Canine Good Citizen test at the Gold Country English Setter Fanciers Obedience Workshop held in Rancho Cordova, CA. to earn the title of Canine Good Citizen or CGC.

On Saturday, August 6, 2011, Hamish took the American Temperament Test given by the Associated Rottweiler Fanciers (ARF) of Northern California at the Richmond Kennel Club show in Dixon, CA. and passed with a perfect mid-line score, meaning he is a very stable, bidable, confident dog. His American Temperament Test Society, Inc. # is TT-24-ES.

Hamish completed his Rally Excellent title at the Sacramento Dog Training Club trial held in conjunction with the Donner Trail Kennel Club shows held in Roseville, CA. on October 8, 2011 with a score of 98 out of 100 and 1st place at the morning trial and a 79 out of 100 with a 4th place finish at the afternoon trial. He got his first RE leg at the Gold Country Kennel Club trail held on Sept. 3, 2011 with a score of 91 out of 100 but no placement. Once again Hamish was handled by his owner.

On November 5, 2011 Hamish passed the Lend A Heart evaluation, with flying colors and a perfect score, to become a Therapy Dog. Hamish will now be visiting numerous nursing homes, hospitals, and schools to bring some joy into the hearts of those who can no longer have a dog of their own and to help children learn to read. Hamish is the perfect dog for this new job since he is truly a sweet, gentle English Setter.
